Our cancellation period ends 14 days before your Camp Session:

     June 24 for Session 1

     July 1 for Session 2

Until then you may request to cancel your camp by emailing admin@campkoolkreativ.org

 

*Note: All camp fees are based on enrollment, not attendance.

Email admin@campkoolkreativ.com for all Cancellations, questions and concerns.

• Cancellations made within 3 days of registering will always be honored and refunded in full, with the exception of sessions that are purchased through the waitlist.

• Cancellations submitted by email 30 or more days from the start of the Camp session (but after the 3-day grace period) will be fully refunded minus 25%. 

• Cancellations submitted by email 21 - 30 days from the start of the Camp session will receive a 50% registration refund. 

• Cancellations submitted by email within 15 - 20 days of the start of a session can only be refunded if another Camper can be found to fill the spot. 

 

*A Refund or Credit is not available if a cancellation is made 14 days or less prior to your child’s respective Camp Session start date.

Waitlist

• If you are added to a waitlist and an opening becomes available we will automatically send an email to the first person on the list.

• If you receive a waitlist email, you will have 24 hours to respond and register for that program.

• After 24 hours, the next person on the waitlist will be notified and we will move down the list until the spot has been filled.

• If you purchase a camp off the wait list, the 3-day cancellation with full refund including the deposit does not apply.

Photo release

By registering, you authorize Camp Kool Kreativ to publish pictures and video that may contain you or your child. Please email program administrator (admin@campkoolkreativ.com) if you have any questions. Thank you!

 

COVID-19

If your child tests positive for Covid-19 before or during their session, the following tuition options will      apply:       

• Full refund minus 25% (or pro-rated credit once camp has begun)

• Tuition credit, minus 25% for another 2024 session (with the option to move into a later session, provided there is space available and your camper is able to pass required health checks at that time)

• Full or partial tuition donation

Medical Reason for Cancellation

We understand that medical issues may arise unexpectedly and at any time.

• Please email admin@campkoolkreativ.com as soon as possible to inform us of your need to cancel, and please submit a signed Doctor's note from your child's physician with your cancellation email.

• We will make our best effort to transfer your camper into another 2024 Session.

• If we are unable to accomplish this, tuition will be fully refundable, minus 25%.*

• We are unable to offer make-up days.
